Heroes Spoilers but not fun ones

So, new Heroes spoiler

Yaeko returns in S3. Because that...makes...sense? And supposedly, she's coming to the present.

WHY, WRITERS, WHY?! That story arc is dead. D-E-D. What another stupid fucking thing to slow down the plot. Again. Didn't we get enough of the Japan Arc That Never Ends? Didn't kring already apologize for doing that?

Lessons obviously not learned from sophomore slump.

On the up side, she can hand out with Rose Tyler in the lounge for characters superfluously brought back after their story was long DEAD. At least I liked Rose.

I is not happy.

Also, why is there no "disgruntled" mood?

Hee. They were talking about this at one of the Adam-centric communities...I'd like to say I trust Kring to have learned from his mistakes and not shove her into some kind of romantic storyline, but...I don't think I do.

*sigh* And there are, of course, others they could be bringing back instead....

There was speculation about Yaeko/Ando, which i could actually get behind, but I seriously doubt it. I think Kring is going to make us relive the whole damn love triangle, except now with Adam in sexier clothes. Stupid Kring.

Like Claude, or zombie!Hana, or Audrey, or zombie!Linderman. We already know about zombie!Thompson and his army of the undead.

But Yaeko/Ando would break up the cutest and most innocent Heroes pairing of them all! And there's better things for Adam to be doing in his sexier clothes.

Audrey and Claude are at the top of my list, if only because I guess Hana would be difficult to bring back. And oh boy, zombie!Thompson haunts the dreams of children.

That's true. But at least it would be funny and not the same stupid thing over again. Yeah, like Peter.

Hell yes. If they can bring back Bennet, they can bring back Hana. Claude is at the very top of my list, followed by his big stick. You just know that, after the whole exploding thing was over, Bennet went back and buried Thompson's body at a crossroads with a stake through the heart. Just to make sure.

Ando/Yaeko would be hilarious. And I had succeeded in my urge to say just that, but you're obviously not above it ;)

Well, Bennet wasn't burned to death in the earth's atmosphere. The return of Claude and his big stick would make a lot of people happy, least of all probably not CE himself; he did seem to have a good time of his role, anyway. *snort* As if that would work on Thompson...

It would, and Hiro would be so confused by it. LOL. I never resist my childish urges to make innuendos.

LALALA! CAN"T HEAR YOU! I would have so much fun in that role, because, inside, I just want to disgruntled and British and hit cute boys with big sticks. Which is why Thompson in now raising his army of undead. Damn, now I have the urge to write zombies!Heroes. Go away, urge.

As if it wasn't bad enough that Ando wanted to date his sister...I know, it's one of your better traits.

*sigh* I've denied it as long as I could, but...I'm pretty sure she's not coming back. Who wouldn't want to be disgruntled and British and hit cute boys with big sticks for a living? Oh, good grief: do you want me to have nightmares?

Kimiko would hate Yaeko. Thanks!

I'm hoping they bring her back in the comics (though they won't on the show), because she pretty much runs the 360 experience. However, I would not have tolerated the beard and the hobo clothes. I would be a fashionable disgruntled British person with a stick. MWHAHAHA! You should prepare your zombie apocalypse survival kit.

Well...who wouldn't? You're welcome.

I think she's...maybe still in them? She used to write IMs with Micah, I think.

I would be a fashionable disgruntled British person with a stick.

In other words, you'd be Adam?

...what would that entail?
[info]tessykins wrote:
Mar. 10th, 2008 05:22 am (UTC)
Well... I liked her for the roughly two minutes before Hiro came back to the future.

But then she kinda got bahleeted. Again. So she's dead in the Matrix, too.

LOL. Yes, but Adam has a sword and he ony uses it to hit Hiro.

You know, your basics; shotgun, baseball bat, canned foods, running shoes (depending on the zombies)...

Heh. Even before then, I wasn't too fond of the fact that a) she was too stupid to realize that it wasn't Adam behind the samurai mask and b) was going out with Adam.

WHAT?!? I didn't know that!

To...penetrate him?

Oh, dear lord. Yeah, I'm too lazy for that; I may just let them take me.

I was mostly annoyed Operation Hetero Storm had forced yet another stupid "romance" with absolutely no chemistry down our throats.

Whoops, sorry. Spoiler?

Hee. Canon penetration.

You'll be eaten in the first outbreak. So sad.
[info]visiblemarket wrote:

Well...I think they had some of the better hetero chemistry of the season; much better than Peter/Caitlin, at least.

*sigh* I knew I should've kept up with the webcomics.

You know it! "More than a friend", indeed.

I'll at least be martyr....
[info]tessykins wrote:

I think that, out of every one, Elle and Peter had the most chemistry. Even if it was crazy-people chemistry.

I only pay attention sporadically.

Seriously. I think they're pretty much canon.

A martyr to laziness. :(

Electrifying, if you will?

I stopped during the writer's strike, and haven't caught up...

The producers/writers were throwing us a bone (although not literally) after all the best HoYay couples being separated for the majority of the season.

Well, still. I'll be an inspiration to slackers everywhere.

Punny.

They take so long to load and my stolen internet is sometimes wonky.

Seriously. But then everyone got back together at the end of the season, and the slashers rejoiced. Except for Plaude, damn it.

They'll be dead, too.
[info]visiblemarket wrote:
Mar. 11th, 2008 02:16 am (UTC)
I never claimed to be original. Well. Not lately.

Heh. I have stolen internet, at home. I...sincerely hope whoever it belongs too isn't looking to closely at what I've downloaded.

*sigh* It was so unfair; I guess Plaude shippers don't rank as high with TPTB.

Ah, well. We'll be immortalized like other extinct species. And won't have to worry about working hard ever again.
[info]tessykins wrote:
Mar. 12th, 2008 02:43 am (UTC)
If we were really original, we'd be published.

Yeah. Me too. Although, they may think "Huh? Terminator? Heroes? Torchwood? Obvsly, a nerdy teenage boy is stealing my bandwidth!"

We need to attract more attention.

Homo couchpotatus?

Hey, who says I'm not? ;)

I...would be more worried about the porn, honestly. Even if it is just the written stuff.

Well, Heroes Bride has gotten me some new readers...maybe they'll stick around?

See, that sounds about as noble as "the dodo bird". I think it's perfect.
[info]tessykins wrote:

You is? Well, apparently Poetry.com published me many years ago, but since that whole site's a scam... i hope to one day be actually published.

I'm just hoping they couldn't see my history, eve if they could see the downloads. I'm unrepentant about porn.

Hopefully. My god, are they actually commenting?

Lazy people are not dignified.
[info]visiblemarket wrote:

I write for a humor newspaper; that counts as published, right? And yes, I too fell prey to the Poetry.com scam. I think everyone of a certain temperament from our generation did.

I'm pretty sure they can...which is why I feel so much more comfortable using school wireless. I mean, yeah there's probably some school official monitoring my intact of fanfic porn, but I doubt, in a university this large, I'm the most interesting pervert.

Well, I got tons for the first chapter; it's dwindled, but I have a feeling a lot of that's from me posting at a bad time (late Friday/early Saturday doesn't usually net as many readers as during the week).

Of course not; dignity takes effort.
[info]tessykins wrote:

Totally counts. I've written articles for yearbook, so hey, I am published! I know. Poetry.com is very sneaky with its wiles.

I'm more paranoid about my school's, because they monitor downloads to stop people downloading "illegal music".

LOL. Time slot issues.
[info]visiblemarket wrote:
Mar. 13th, 2008 04:05 am (UTC)
And when we're famous in RL, maybe some people will focus on those things we wrote as opposed to the...porn.

Oh, yeah; I'm sure they do here, too. Not that it's stopped me...

Heh. I know, right? But really: especially with the bigger communities ([info]heroes_fic and [info]heroes_slash), if you put something up at those times, they get buried by the influx and people who actually have lives over the weekend won't see them.

That's my very scientific study, anywa.
[info]tessykins wrote:

I dunno. I kinda like the porn. And I want to be one of those awesome writers who aren't ashamed of their fanfic roots.

Silly schools. I'll pirate all the music I want.

Hmm. That's definitely something to consider. I tried to post Eclipse on a sorta schedule (not that it worked) to keep the natives from getting restive.

You should write a thesis on it.
[info]visiblemarket wrote:

I do enjoy the porn (writing and reading...well, more reading) but I'm not sure how comfortable I'll be with everyone (parents, colleagues, others knowing that I do). But at least I don't hire prostitutes, right?

I never did before livejournal, and my discovery of fanmixes...

Well, you had a lot of it pre-written. I don't try and stick to a schedule so much as...well, I only actually have time to write at the end of the week.

Indeed; I'll have to begin gathering data to support it.
[info]tessykins wrote:
Mar. 15th, 2008 07:49 am (UTC)
Most of my good friends know, but, yeah, definitely don't want my parents knowing. That's always a good thing.

Fanmixes are the devil's own distraction. But cool music.

You'd be surprised how fast the pre-written chapters run out. And then you're scrambling to wrap all the loose ends...

[info]tessykins wrote:

Because they didn't lose enough viewers the first time they did this story.
